1. Business Hour
Open: Monday to Saturday: 8.00am to 5.00pm
Off Day: Sunday & Public Holiday

2. Payment mode
We offer online transfer, QR PAY and cash payment.
For cash on delivery (COD), please pay the exact amount to the driver.
Recommend to use online transfer or QR PAY to avoid issue.

3. Delivery
Delivery service is upon request only.
Our in house delivery to specific area include: Bundusan, Kobusak, Lido, Kepayan, KK Town, Donggongon, Luyang, Foh Sang, Damai, Iramanis, Likas.
Delivery available for order above RM30.00 only and the fee is RM5.00.
Free Delivery for order above RM100.00 under covered zone only.
"Delivery outside zone (Distance Delivery):
• Min order RM100
• Delivery fee RM10–RM15
⚠️ Far areas subject to arrangement
Delivery time: Between 8.00am to 4.30pm, kindly confirm with person in charge (PIC).

Delivery speed: Depends on current traffic situation.

4. Pick Up
Customer may choose to pick up their order at our Penampang warehouse or using GRAB DELIVERY at own cost.

5. Delivery outside coverage area
We do assist to arrange delivery for areas outside our coverage, kindly liaise with person in charge (PIC) through WhatsApp or Call.

6. Receiving Order
Delivery speed is depending on the traffic conditions and order volume, kindly ensure someone is available to receive the fruits at destination.
Kindly check the quality & quantity of the orders on receival, you have the right refuse to receive if not satisfy.

7. 1:1 Exchange Policy (Return)
If encounter quality issue with the fruits, kindly provide feedback within 24 hours along with the pictures of the fruits and receipt, we will compensate accordingly.
